Booking for members of Teknologföreningen

Members of Teknologföreningen may book Sportstugan in the booking calendar after reading the rules of conduct. There you can see which dates are booked and which are available for booking. You make a reservation with your BILL-code. The cottage is available starting from the day of booking at 2 pm until the next day at 2 pm.

Booking for others

People who are not members of Teknologföreningen may make a reservation by contacting the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Name, date and phone number are required for a reservation. Please check the reservation calendar that the desired date is free.

Booking the hot tub

The hot tub may be reserved when you collect the keys (see section Keys and payment). The hot tub cannot be booked without booking the cottage. The hot tub must be booked for the same period as the cottage. If the weather forecast is below -10 degrees Celsius for the reservation period the hot tub may not be booked.

Prices of the hot tub 

The prices are for the first day of the booking. If the booking period is longer than one day the subsequent days are 50% off the base rate.

Keys and payment

Payment is done when getting the keys. The keys are retrieved from Teknologföreningens' office, which is located on the top floor of Teknoloföreningen at Otakaari 22. The office is generally open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. The keys can, and we recommend you do, be retrieved a few days in advance. You also get the (rules of conduct)[link till ordningsreglerna].

The keys must be returned as soon as possible after the reservation. If the cottage was not cleaned properly you should mention this at the office, so as to avoid being eventual costs for cleaning. You should also mention possible flaws, such as lack of washing-up liquid, toilet paper or matches.

Canceling a reservation

Canceling a reservation can be done free of charge at the latest one week before the reservation starts, if the reservation is for a Friday or Saturday. On other days, the reservation must be cancelled at the latest 3 days before the reservation starts. If a reservation is cancelled later than the previously mentioned times, the full price of the booking is charged.

Equipment at Sportstugan

At the cottage there are 7 beds (bringing your own bed sheets or sleeping bag is recommended). Additionally, up to 20 people can sleep on sofas or on the floor if you bring a mattress and sleeping bag.

The kitchen has a microwave oven, a water heater, coffee machine, a fridge and freezer, a stove with an oven and a basic selection of plates, cutlery, drinking glasses as well as pots and pans. Washing-up liquid, coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels are provided.

The cottage has a fireplace and sauna, and firewood for these are found in the shed. There is no running water, so drinking water must be brought along. Containers for drinking water can be borrowed from Teknologföreningen when you retrieve the keys. Water to the sauna can be taken from the lake. Water to the hot tub can be taken from the lake using the pump. The pump is only for filling the hot tub.

Booking the projector and projection screen

A projector and projector screen can be rented for 30€ when retrieving the keys. Renting these is free for members of Teknologföreningen.
